I am doing exactly what I need to be doing and exactly what I want to be doing on my Argentinean vacation: relaxing.
Currently, my version of relaxing is getting to spend an inordinate amount of time on my computer either on the internet reading or relabeling my iTunes or learning something about how a website actually works. I have done other things since I have been down here, but spending time with my cute 12.1 inch dell has really made me happy.
Some sites I have been looking at (and in no particular order):
The New York Times
Time Magazine
The Week Magazine
International Herald Tribune
PsychBlog
Think Simple Now
Technology Review
Del.icio.us - if you are a member, let me know your screen name
How Stuff Works
If you have any recommendation for sites or blogs that I should read, let me know.

Hi,
Re: afghani education for girls...next time you need reading material for the airport lol...check out a book called Three cups of Tea by greg Mortneson. It is about a climber who returned to Pakistan to build schools for girls. Quite a story! It's an example of what could be done in afghanistan too, perhaps...he has a nonprofit to help his efforts too!
I came across your blog while looking for swing dance videos- I LOVE lindy etc but cant dance now for the moment -bedridden due to cancer in my hips- but still dancing in my head and watching videos helps me remember why i am fighting to get better.
Kevin was kind enough to dance with me at an "out of towners" jam in San francisco a few years back- i still remember that! Thanks Kevin, and best wishes to you both!
